Rates
- In-Season/Peak Rates
Memorial Day through Labor Day -- June, minimum stay 3 nights, 195.00 per night plus applicable fees/taxes. July and August, minimum stay 7 nights, 1,365.00 per week plus applicable fees/taxes.
- Saturday to Saturday rental term.
- Off-Season/Non-peak Rates
150.00 per night plus applicable fees/taxes (excluding holidays). Minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Holiday rate: 175.00 per night plus applicable fees and taxes.
- Cleaning Fee: Non-refundable Cleaning fee per visit - 85.00 (for 2-4 adult guests), 100.00 (for 5 - 6 adult guests).
- Pet Fee: 25.00 per visit.
- Indiana Sales Tax added to all rental invoices.
- Spa may not be available in winter months.
- Reasonable usage of firewood provided in winter months.
- Paypal, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
